How to Make Croissants with tortillas
Instructions
- We start by discarding the hard leaves of the artichokes and dicing their edible part, set aside.
- Beat 2 eggs, season them and add half of the artichoke cubes.
- We make a tortilla in a pan approximately the diameter of the length of the croissants, set aside.
- We make a second tortilla with the remaining two eggs and the rest of the artichoke cubes.
- We cut both tortillas in half.
- Open the croissants lengthwise and spread the inside part with the gazpacho.
- Place half a tortilla on each of the croissants.
- We spread the lettuce leaves between the four croissants.
