How to Make American pancakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, 250 gr. of cups of milk and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring just until smooth. Mix with the melted butter. If necessary, you can add more milk to the preparation.
- Cook on a hot, greased griddle or skillet, using approximately ¼ cup of the mixture for each pancake. Cook until it starts to bubble and the bottom is lightly browned. Turn around and Dora on the other side.
- You can serve your American pancakes with butter, jam, honey or whatever sweet you like the most, as well as fruit.
