- Strain the oats and discard the soaking water.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and mix them with the oatmeal.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add a thin layer of oil to the pan, heat it up and place part of the dough with the help of a ladle or spoon. Wait until it dries a little bit before turning it over.
- Let it cook on the other side. Repeat this process until you finish mixing.
