How to Make White chocolate, coconut and apple nougat

Instructions

Step 1
• Melt the dark chocolate in batches of 30 seconds in the microwave. Mix the melted chocolate with dehydrated apple cut into small pieces and pour the mixture into the mold. Cool.
Step 2
• Melt the white chocolate in batches of 30 seconds in the microwave. Mix the melted white chocolate with the rest of the dehydrated apple cut into small pieces, the grated coconut and pour into the mold over the hardened dark chocolate.
Step 3
• Cover the white chocolate with more shredded coconut to form a small\ "crust\”. Cool completely before unmolding.
