How to Make Homemade peach jam

- Peel the peaches, chop them and place them in a pot with the sugar.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- When the sugar has dissolved and starts to boil, lower the temperature to simmer the peach jam.
