How to Make Chickpea stew with pumpkin and trumpets of death.

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Put a good splash of oil in a pan, and fry the delicacies of boletus and trumpets (they are like round croquettes that I bought at Lidl).
  • Step 2
  • When they are golden brown, reserve on absorbent paper.
  • Step 3
  • Put 4 tablespoons of the oil we used in a saucepan, and sauté the pumpkin cut into small cubes for a couple of minutes.

  • Add the onion cut into brunoise, and simmer for a minute.
  • Step 5
  • Add the cleaned and crumbled trumpets, and sauté everything together with a teaspoon of salt.
  • Step 6
  • Add the choricero pepper, integrate, and add the paprika. Mix everything well, and cook for a minute on low heat without stopping moving.
  • Step 7
  • Add the rinsed and drained chickpeas, the coloring, and cover with water.
  • Step 8
  • Leave it on high heat for 20 minutes, and add salt.
  • Step 9
  • I prepared it a little earlier, and I let it sit for half an hour covered.
  • Step 10
  • Heat until it starts to boil, introduce the fried delicacies that we had reserved to heat up, and serve.
