How to Make Chickpea stew with pumpkin and trumpets of death.
Instructions
- Put a good splash of oil in a pan, and fry the delicacies of boletus and trumpets (they are like round croquettes that I bought at Lidl).
- When they are golden brown, reserve on absorbent paper.
- Put 4 tablespoons of the oil we used in a saucepan, and sauté the pumpkin cut into small cubes for a couple of minutes.
- Add the onion cut into brunoise, and simmer for a minute.
- Add the cleaned and crumbled trumpets, and sauté everything together with a teaspoon of salt.
- Add the choricero pepper, integrate, and add the paprika. Mix everything well, and cook for a minute on low heat without stopping moving.
- Add the rinsed and drained chickpeas, the coloring, and cover with water.
- Leave it on high heat for 20 minutes, and add salt.
- I prepared it a little earlier, and I let it sit for half an hour covered.
