How to Make Spiced chickpeas with fried egg

  • In a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil, we will fry half a scallion and a garlic finely chopped.
  • Step 2
  • Then we will put some strips of bell pepper, leave for a few minutes and add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato. Let it do for a few minutes and then add the chickpeas.
  • Step 3
  • Once the chickpeas have been added, we will add: a mixture of peppers, garlic and dried parsley, cumin, food coloring, all to taste. We'll add a splash of water and let the chickpeas do. I didn't add salt, because of my partner, so I could leave him a plate to eat tomorrow. You can add salt, although I assure you that they were delicious and tasty without adding it.
