How to Make Chickpea burger
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the onion, carrot and paprika, cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the Gourmet condiments and cook for 2 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Process the chickpeas together with the freshly prepared stir-fry and the rest of the ingredients (minus the oil to cook the hamburgers), until you have a ground mixture (it should be consistent, not like a puree).
- Form 8 hamburgers.
- Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, cook the burgers on both sides, until golden brown; adding more oil as needed.
- Place the hamburgers on a baking sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes to ensure that they are cooked inside.
- Serve immediately, serve with sautéed vegetables.
