Today I will show you how to prepare Ham Bagel, it is a delicious round bread in the shape of a hamburger stuffed with ham.
You can add tomatoes, onions, lettuce and sauces of your choice.

How to Make Ham Bajel
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Mix the flour, yogurt, baking powder and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous dough.
- We divide our dough into 2 parts and shape our bagels. I made a churro, joined it together in a circle and shaped it with my fingers.
- Beat the egg and paint the bagels so that they are toasted and shiny. Then we threw seeds on top of them for decoration.
- Put it in the oven for 18 minutes at 180°.
- When we have them, we refill them. You can put whatever you want most; I put ham, tomato, canonigos, scrambled eggs (the one I had left over from painting them) and a splash of EVOO.
