How to Make Classic carbonade
Instructions
- In the pot with a splash of oil, cook the minced meat in squares (if they are leftovers from a roast, just heat the meat).
- Add the morton and onion in thin squares and the carrot in small cubes, add salt and the dressing, stir.
- Let it cook for a few minutes and add the diced potatoes and the squash. You must rectify the water so that all the vegetables are covered.
