If you prefer you can add ham and cheese, it's the perfect combination to taste.

How to Make Pumpkin, Gorgonzola and Walnut Quiche
Instructions
- Cook the pumpkin cut into small pieces and let it drain.
- Put the puff pastry sheet in a buttered or silicone mold in a preheated 180 oven for about 7.8 minutes to brown. Prick it a little earlier with a fork so it doesn't get up.
- Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, cream, gorgonzola and walnuts and the well-drained pumpkin in a bowl. Salt and pepper and pour it into the mold when the dough is already a little cooked. Put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes until you poke it with the toothpick and it's clean and you see that your quiche looks more or less like this... or better:)
