How to Make Red cabbage with pine nuts and apple.
Instructions
- Clean and chop the red cabbage. Cook in a saucepan with water and salt. Drain and set aside
- Chop a clove of garlic. Put a pan with EVOO on low heat and sauté the garlic.
- When it is golden, add the pine nuts.
- Peel the apple and cut into cubes.
- Add to the pan.
- Leave for 3-4 minutes and add the red cabbage and a splash of Modena balsamic vinegar.
- Reheat everything together for about 4-5 minutes.
- Plate and serve warm. Bon Appetit!!!!!!!
