How to Make Gluten-free apple and cream pie with pine nuts.
Instructions
- Put parchment paper in a 22 cm removable mold and coat it.
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In the mixer bowl and with the rod attachment, beat the eggs with the sugar until they whiten and double in size.
- We gradually add the oil and then the milk.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and sift it.
- We add this mixture little by little and we are already mixing with a spatula or tongue.
- Once we have the homogeneous mixture, add the peeled and thinly sliced apples.
- We put the dough in the mold and with the help of a pastry bag we put a spiral with the cream.
- Sprinkle with sugar and pine nuts.
- Bake until golden brown and when you prick a toothpick or skewer, it comes out clean.
- Let it cool to unmold and when serving we sprinkle with icing sugar.
