How to Make Gluten-free apple pie
Instructions
- First of all, we will beat the eggs with the sugar 3 min, speed 4. Then add the yoghurts and mix again 20 seconds, speed 4.
- Now it will be time to add the cornstarch and the teaspoon of yeast and mix 30 seconds, speed 4. Pour the mixture into a pre-greased mold of approx. 20 cm and place the apple in wedges on the surface in the shape of a half moon and put it in the oven at 180° previously preheated for approx. 50 minutes.
- Once outside, we will let it warm and we will put it in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours, since the texture is like that of a custard but with a slightly thicker consistency since we can even eat it by hand.
