How to Make Easy dark chocolate, coconut and oatmeal cake.
Instructions
- Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan, and put it on the fire. We remove gently.
- Add the dark chocolate bar, continue mixing until the chocolate melts and there are no lumps.
- When it is well mixed and starts to boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into a bowl.
- Add the grated coconut, mix a little and add the oatmeal. We mix everything until we have some kind of dough left.
- Put a piece of parchment paper in a removable mold, to prevent it from sticking from the bottom, and pour out our dough. With the help of a spoon we spread evenly.
- Cover with film and place in the fridge 3 or 4 hours before unmolding.
- After unmolding, we put a plate on top and turn it around, carefully removing the parchment paper.
- Ideal to eat as breakfast! ☕
