How to Make “La Viña” cheesecake
Instructions
- For this recipe, I used my Mambo food processor
- First I add the cream cheese, and I beat it at a very low speed, I add the sugar, and after a few seconds, I add the eggs until they are well integrated
- Add the spoonful of flour, and finally, the whipping cream.
- When the dough has a homogeneous appearance, pour it into the mold (I used a 25 cm one)
- In these molds it is very likely that the mixture will come out, so I use parchment paper, wet it well, drain it into a ball, and put it covering the mold to avoid spills.
- Baked 45 minutes at 200°
- Cool at room temperature for 1 hour (approximately) and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
