How to Make Coffee and yogurt cake.
Instructions
- First we make the base
- Dip the biscuits or sobaos in milk and place them in the bottom of a removable mold.
- We make the coffee layer
- Heat the coffee together with the sugar and dilute the gelatin.
- Melt the chocolate and add the coffee with the gelatin.
- Add the cream to the coffee with the chocolate and mix well.
- Pour it on top of the base and let it cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- We make the yogurt layer
- Heat 3 tablespoons of milk and dilute the gelatin in it.
- In the blender bowl, put the cheese, the yoghurts, the sugar, grind everything well and add the milk with the diluted gelatin and mix.
- Scratch the coffee layer a little with a fork so that the other layer adheres better and does not slip.
- Put this cream on top of the coffee layer and let it cool in the refrigerator until the next day.
