How to Make Cheesecake in a glass
Instructions
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients except 60 grams of cream cheese and beat them with the mixer until you get a lump-free cream.
- Add the mixture to a baking dish and bake it at 150 ºC for 25 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool down and put it in the fridge to finish curdling.
- Once cold, add the rest of the cream cheese and grind it again.
- We crushed some Lotus cookies that we will use as a base.
- For the assembly we will put a layer of Lotus cookies, 1 layer of cream, 1 box of peach jam and finally a little whipped cream.
