How to Make Baked cheesecake with mcc or thermomix.
Instructions
- Crush the cookie at speed 7 for 10 seconds.
- Add the butter and mix at speed 3 for 2 minutes at 37°.
- Put the cookie on the bottom of a mold, put parchment paper on the base to be able to remove it more easily
- Put the egg whites and with the butterfly program at speed 3 for 4 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir at speed 5 for 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and preheat the oven with the tray full of water to 150°C.
- When the oven is hot, put the mold on the tray with water and bake for 50 minutes at 150°C, there must always be water in the tray if it evaporates, add more.
