How to Make Potato bread
Instructions
- Cook the potato, without skin; and in parallel, boil the milk, without stopping stirring.
- Let the milk sit until it is warm.

- Mix the milk with the yeast and the sugar. Stir and cover for 30 minutes.
- Grate the potato over the flour and add the milk mixture.
- Knead for 15 minutes.
- Add the butter and knead for 10 minutes to 15 minutes until the dough doesn't stick.
- Place the dough in a bowl covered with flour and cover it with film. Let it sit in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Knead it for 5 minutes or until it doesn't stick to your hands or the counter. Divide it into two balls and place them in the tray or baking dish covered with a cloth. Let them rise until they double in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200º C.
- Spray each bread with water and cover it with the seeds of your choice.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
