  • Step 5
  • We place 2 liters of boiled water, when boiling we add baking soda, and carefully place the bagels, leave for 30 seconds and turn around with a skimmer and remove, stretching well and leaving baking paper on the same baking paper
  • Step 6
  • Whisk an egg white and brush, add mixed sesame, it can also be toasted or white sesame, and we preheat the oven to 180 degrees and leave it for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, leaving it for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, they are left with spectacular browning.
  • Step 7
  • Let it cool on a grill for 7 to 8 minutes, and then cut it with a serrated knife and fill it with cream cheese, shrimp tails, avocado and parsley leaves, you can also place jam or Nutella.
