To impress my mom with a special lunch, I came to teach you how to prepare an exquisite Cantonese-style chicken with vegetables.
You can accompany it with seasoned rice and some slices.

How to Make Cantonese-style chicken with vegetables.
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with the cornstarch and the Chinese spices. Mix well with the spatula and set aside.
- Saute the chicken in a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil and set aside.
- Put the onion and peppers in the glass and chop 4 sec/speed 4. Pour into the Varoma bowl and place the sautéed chicken on top. Cover the Varoma and set aside. (I sautéed the vegetables in the same pan as the chicken, once they were chopped in the Thermomix)
- Put liquid caramel, rice vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and ginger powder in the glass. Place the Varoma in its position and program 10 min/Varoma/vel 2.
- Remove the Varoma and place the contents in a fountain. Pour the sauce out of the glass and mix with the spatula. Serve immediately.
