How to Make Mongolian chicken

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Clean chives (I used four because they were going to spoil me)
  • Step 2
  • Cut the white part of the scallion diagonally and set aside
  • Step 3
  • Remove the ugly parts of the chives and cut into pieces. Book
  • Step 4
  • Chop the chicken diagonally as thinly as possible (it's easier if it's half frozen)
  • Step 5
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper and ginger.
  • Step 6
  • In a large pan, sauté the chicken with a splash of oil and once the chicken has been sautéed a little, add a splash of soy.
  • Step 7
  • When the chicken looks almost ready, add the white part of the chives and a little salt
  • Step 8
  • While cooking the chicken with the chives, mix a spoonful of Cornstarch and a splash of soy sauce in a cup, fill the cup with water and mix
  • Step 9
  • Once the chives are cooked, add the green part of the chives and continue cooking over medium heat
  • Step 10
  • When the green onion is a softer lower the heat to a minimum and add the maternity mixture
  • Step 11
  • Wait for the sauce to thicken and add a drizzle of sesame oil for flavor (optional oil).
  • Step 12
  • Serve with rice or other side dish and garnish with sesame
