How to Make Healthy oatmeal cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- Grind the oat flakes in a grinder.
- We prepare the date paste and to do this we will soak the dates for 10 minutes in hot water, we pass them to a grinder without the water they were in and now we can a splash of water and grind them until we get the consistency of a paste.
- In a large bowl, add the crushed oat flakes, almond flour, cinnamon, date paste and oil.
- We mix everything, better by hand, and we make balls that we will crush and leave them rather finite.
- We put them on a baking sheet, on top of parchment paper.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
- Let them cool on a rack and store them in a metal box or airtight container.
- Enjoy!
