How to Make Chocolate and ice cream cups
Instructions
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a pot in a water bath, stir constantly to avoid burning and remove from the heat when it is completely melted.
- Make two small cuts on the edge of the glasses for easier unmolding.
- Add the chocolate glass by glass, turning little by little until completely covered.
- Place them upside down and let them rest until they harden.
- Unmold by breaking the glass because of the cuts made previously.
- Fill each glass with cracker and ice cream until completely covered.
- Serve upside down and garnish with cream or ice cream.
