How to Make Watermelon jelly cups
Instructions
- Using a melon ball, remove about 8 balls from the watermelon and set aside.
- Remove the remaining watermelon pulp, add it to a small bowl and set aside.
- In a pot over medium heat, add kiwi, water and sugar and simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off heat.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
- Pour a layer of kiwi jelly into each glass and place the glasses in the refrigerator until the layer is firm.
- In a small bowl, combine Calpis and gelatin and stir until combined.
- Pour a layer of this mixture onto the green layer.
- Using a chocolate pen or melted chocolate, draw seeds inside the glasses.
- Place the glasses in the refrigerator until the chocolate and white coating are ready.
- In a blender, add the watermelon and puree.
- Strain the seeds if necessary and place the watermelon in a bowl together with the jelly.
- Stir until combined.
