How to Make Baked broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- Line the oven tray with baking paper, and mix the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, garlic and onion powder.
- Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and then spread in a layer, preferably without touching each other.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the florets are tender. Click to test if they are tender.
- Mix half way through cooking.
- Serve with a good splash of lemon juice and grated cheese on top.
