How to Make Baked broccoli

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  • Step 2
  • Line the oven tray with baking paper, and mix the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, garlic and onion powder.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and then spread in a layer, preferably without touching each other.
  • Step 4
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the florets are tender. Click to test if they are tender.
  • Step 5
  • Mix half way through cooking.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with a good splash of lemon juice and grated cheese on top.
