How to Make Couscous with vegetables and curry.
Instructions
- Shred all the vegetables so that they are very small
- Spice the vegetables and mix
- Make the Couscous (instructions on the package): 1/2 cup of Couscous + 1 glass of water. Heat the water in a pot (it doesn't need to boil), remove the pot from the heat and add the couscous. Cover the pot with its lid and leave for 5 minutes. When they pass, separate the Couscous.
- While the Couscous is being prepared, pour the vegetables with a little oil into a pan (preheated) and cook.
- Mix the vegetables with the ready-made Couscous.
