To share on a weekend afternoon I'm going to teach you how to prepare some pork schnitzel sandwiches a la pauvre.
You can accompany it with a salad of chopped coriander, onion, tomatoes and carrot zest, add pink sauce.

How to Make Poverty pork schnitzel sandwich
Instructions
- Place the pork scallops one by one between plastic film and hit them on both sides with a kitchen hammer.
- Mix the garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper in a bowl and season the scallops on both sides.
- Coat the scallops in flour mixed with a little salt, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the breadcrumbs adhere well to the scallops.
- Fry the scallops and leave them on absorbent paper towels.
- Cut the potatoes into sticks, with or without skin.
- Fry the potatoes until golden brown.
- Heat a pan and brown or caramelise the onion to the point you want. Fry the eggs to your liking.
- Cut the marraquettes in half lengthwise.
- On the bottom cover, place the fried pork schnitzels, caramelized onion and on top of the fried egg.
- Serve the sandwich with French fries.
