For dinner we want an Italian meal, here I am to explain to you how to prepare a perfect and delicious homemade Italian pizza.
You can add pepperoni, anchovies and grated cheese, the perfect trio to taste.

How to Make Homemade Italian pizza
Instructions
- First of all, we are going to dilute the yeast in warm water so that it becomes active.
- We will place the flour in a large bowl to make the dough.
- Add the teaspoon of salt and mix them all.
- Making a hole in the middle of the flour, like a volcano, we will add the tablespoons of olive oil and, little by little, we will pour the warm water with the yeast.
- We will mix everything to obtain our dough and, once we have achieved it, we will knead on the pre-floured work table so that it does not stick.
- The idea is that we have a compact mass that doesn't stick to our hands.
- Roll the dough, place it back in the bowl and cover it with a cloth so that it rests for at least 45 minutes or until it practically doubles in volume.
- Obviously, the longer we let it rest, the better.
- For the tomato sauce, put the garlic clove (with skin) in a pan and fry it.
- Add the crushed tomato, the chopped basil, the oregano, the rosemary and simmer.
- We will stir from time to time until the combination reduces and acquires the texture that we all know of pizza sauce.
- We will roll out the dough and knead again to remove the air acquired after fermentation.
- Cut the dough into as many portions as we want (with this proportion it should be enough for two medium pizzas and two small ones for children) and we can now prepare it with all the ingredients we like.
- Using a wooden roll we will leave the dough as thin as we want.
- Once the pizza is assembled, we will preheat the oven to 180 or 200 degrees and we will bake our pizza for about 6-7 minutes until it is golden brown, super spongy and the cheese has melted.
