How to Make Creamy beans with vegetables
Instructions
- Soak the beans in water the day before cooking.
- Cook the beans and add salt to taste.
- Chop onion, paprika, chives, garlic and squash.
- Start by sautéing only the onion with olive oil and after a while add chives, paprika, garlic, oregano and ground paprika.
- Once the beans are cooked, add the sauce and the squash.
- Once the squash is cooked, take some and grind them with a fork, let them cook for the last 5 minutes.
- Chop cilantro.
- Serve after resting for 5 minutes by adding coriander.
