How to Make Rice salad
Instructions
- Let's cook the rice. To do this, we put water in a saucepan -double the amount of rice-. Add a good pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Once it boils in spurts, add the rice and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Until it is “al dente”.
- While it is cooking, in another pot with water and a pinch of salt, we also cook the peas. In this case, about 10 minutes, long enough for them to be cooked but firm.
- Drain the peas and rice and let it cool completely.
- In a salad bowl, put these two ingredients, the chopped red pepper, the olives cut in half, the sliced crab sticks and the chopped carrot.
- Mix everything well and finally, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil. Which will serve as a dressing and will give it the finishing touch.
