How to Make Rice with chicken and green beans
Instructions
- Wash the meats and season them with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Saute 1 clove of garlic, minced, in a pot until golden brown. Then add the chicken and liver, previously seasoned, and let it cook until golden brown. Reserve the pieces of meat.
- In the same pot, add the beans, without tips, and chopped and the grated tomato, let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add the rice and 2 tablespoons of oil and let it sauté, add the pepper and stir everything.
