How to Make Oatmeal Pancakes

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, baking powder and salt.
  • Step 2
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vegetable oil, honey and vanilla extract.
  • Step 3
  • Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredient mix and mix until well combined.
  • Step 4
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  • Step 5
  • Add 1/4 cup of the pancake mix to the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Step 6
  • Repeat with the rest of the mixture, spraying the pan with cooking spray between each pancake.
  • Step 7
  • Serve the pancakes warm, accompanied by your favorite syrup or fruit.
