How to Make Brownie
Instructions
- Put the butter and chocolate and salt, in a water bath, in a bowl on top of boiling water. Stir until they melt, but don't stop so the chocolate doesn't burn.
- Remove from the bath, add the eggs and sugar and stir.
- Add the flour, cocoa and nuts and mix until fully integrated.
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- cover a tin or baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture and bake at 180º, heat up and down.
- There is no exact baking time, since it varies depending on the oven, but after 20 minutes you can make a first confirmation. If when punctured it comes out dry, it will be ready, otherwise we leave it 10 more minutes and check again. From this point we must confirm every 5 minutes so that it does not pass.
- Shorter brownies take between 20 and 25 minutes, higher ones can take 35 to 40 minutes, so the times we indicate are reference times.
