How to Make Trunk filled with soft coffee cream and mascarpone
Instructions
- Mix and whip the mascarpone with the condensed milk with rods.
- Dissolve the tablespoon of soluble coffee in a little hot water (20 ml), add to the mixture and continue beating until well mixed.
- Spread the cake pan and spread the cream. Leave 2 cm without cream on the upper and lower ends.
- Roll up carefully. Leave the end end below.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Add the butter to the chocolate and mix well.
