    Step 1
  • Gather all the ingredients of the eggplants stuffed with meat and turn on the oven at 180°C.

  • Trim the eggplant stem and cut in half lengthwise.

  • Empty the inside of the eggplants, leaving some of the meat stuck to the shell.
