How to Make Healthy Sopaipillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. In a bowl, put the oatmeal, wholemeal flour, pumpkin, baking powder, oil and salt, mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Oil the baking tray and shape the dough, paint the sopaipillas with oil.
- Put them in the oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. I got 8 sopaipillas but with a thick dough.
