How to Make Banana shake

    Step 1
  • The first thing is to wash the banana peels and remove any remaining banana peels.
  • Step 2
  • Tear the shell with the fork so that they are in thin strips, they can also be cut with a knife but it's easier with the fork
  • Step 3
  • Then put the strips on a plate with a little soy sauce, liquid smoke, salt and dressings (in my case I put merkén and garlic powder, pepper is recommended) and let it rest
  • Step 4
  • While it is resting, cut the vegetables, you can add others if you want.
  • Step 5
  • Then put all the vegetables to sauté in a pan with garlic and oil, add dressing (I used cumin and full dressing) stir a little and also add the banana peels so that it can be sautéed and cooked all together.
  • Step 6
  • Stir and it will be finished when the vegetables are cooked, about 10 minutes and that's it!
