- Mix the mustard, honey, minced garlic, pepper, brown sugar, lemon, oil, coriander and salt in a bowl.
- Brush the pork ribs with the sauce and let them rest for 1 hour.
- Place on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove, turn and repaint with the sauce.
- Bake for about 20 more minutes.
