How to Make Dahi Puri

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth. Add a little water if it's too thick. Season with salt and mix well. Keep it chilled.
- Take the puris and gently tap the top to create a hole in each one, making a small opening for the fillings.
- In each puri, add a few pieces of boiled potato and a teaspoon of chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Sprinkle a pinch of roasted cumin powder and red chili powder over the fillings in each puri.
- Drizzle a little tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney into each puri according to your taste preferences.
