How to Make Coconut balls (lactose-free)
Instructions
- Crush the cookies until they have a powdery texture. (I add a little coconut)
- Add the condensed milk until the mixture is pasty and put it in the fridge until it is cold (about 1 hour 30 min)
- With a spoon, pick up portions, with your hands, shape them into balls and on another plate with the coconut, coat them.
- Place the balls on a plate and put it in the fridge until they cool. And ready to eat!
