How to Make Pie Floater
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Bake the beef pies according to the package instructions.
- In a large pot, add the green split peas, water, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the peas are soft.
- Using a blender or immersion blender, puree the pea soup until smooth.
