How to Make Cinnamon-roasted mango
Instructions

- Peel the mangoes, cut them in half, stone them and cut the pulp into wedges. Arrange them in a greased dish and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Pour the wine and 50 ml of water into the fountain. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes. After this time, lower the temperature to 150°C (with air circulation on, to 130°C) and let it be done for another 20 minutes. Serve accompanied by the cream.
