How to Make Cherry pie
Instructions
- Grease a round mold with a little oil and place the puff pastry forming edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bone the cherries, put them in a saucepan, add a splash of honey, a few drops of vanilla essence and the milk.
- Bring to the boil and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch and mix on low heat for another 5-6 minutes.
- Pour into the mold over the puff pastry.
- Decorate with strips of puff pastry in the shape of a grid.
- Tint the strips with honey.
- Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is browned, depending on each oven.
