How to Make Grilled pineapple salmon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, cilantro, and salt.
- Place the salmon in a glass dish and cover with the marinade.
- Marinate for up to 1 hour in the fridge.
- Reserve the marinade for roasting.
- Cut the pineapples into eight boards.
- Place the marinated salmon on the side of the pineapple and top with a few sprigs of cilantro.
- Top with another pineapple flank and wrap with kitchen twine.
- Place the salmon on the warm grill and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn over and remove the thread, as the salmon and pineapple must be safe.
