Today I will show you how to prepare carrot and oat cake, it is a very nutritious and healthy carrot-based cake.
You can make it with regular or whole wheat flour.

How to Make Carrot and oat cake
Instructions
- Mix the carrot with the oats and the flour
- Whisk the eggs with the erythritol and sugar with the rods at medium power until it foams and doubles in size. Add to the previous mix. Then add the hazelnuts and chocolate
- Put in a mold and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- It has to be in the medium-low oven tray (unless your oven heats up a lot from the bottom)
- If you feel like it, you can fill it with Nocilla Fit (recipe in my profile) or make a cream by mixing 3 tablespoons of cheese spread + 2 of yogurt + 1 of erythritol + vanilla)
