How to Make Chicken meatballs in sauce

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, put the minced meat and add the eggs, the garlic clove that is very minced and the breadcrumbs.
  • Step 2
  • We mix well.

  • Then, with our hands we are going to form balls, the size is to everyone's liking. Once the balls are done, we are going to put them on a plate in the fridge.
  • Step 4
  • Peel and chop the onion and garlic. In a pot, add a teaspoon of olive oil and sauté the onion together with the garlic for about 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Wash the carrots and red pepper and then cut them. Once cut, add to the pot and cook together with the onion and garlic.
  • Step 6
  • Wash and cut the leek and add to the previous mixture in the pot. We suffer everything.
  • Step 7
  • Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add the water and let it cook for about 15/20 minutes. Once that time has passed, we are going to pass the vegetables through the blender to make a sauce, add it to the pot again and add a teaspoon of salt and another of the mix of Mediterranean herbs (I buy this already prepared, it's from the Just spices brand and if you can't prepare the mixture yourself). Reserve the sauce while we make the meatballs.

  • Take the meatballs out of the fridge and we are going to pass them through flour. We add oil to a pan and when it is hot we will fry them all on both sides.

  • Finally, add the meatballs to the pot with the sauce and cook for about 5/10 minutes. Lists!
