How to Make Golden potatoes with leftover puree
Instructions
- Pass the leftover puree through a sieve.
- Once it was silky, I added 1 small egg and flour (1/4 cup approx.) And we stir. To thicken it a little more, I put 2 spoons of breadcrumbs (for crunch) We put a little flour in our hand and make balls.
- Place in the freezer for about 1/2 hour or 1 hour and fry. And that's it!
