How to Make Slices with cheese in green sauce
Instructions
- Roast the poblano peppers on a grill or in the oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes, or until they are soft and lightly burnt. Place the chilies in a bowl and cover with a plate to soften.
- When the chilies are soft, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the chilies into thin strips and set aside.
- In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the chilies and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the chicken stock, cream and garlic and mix well. Let it cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
